The General Department for Culture -Institución Príncipe de Viana of the Government of Navarra, with head offices at calle Navarrería No. 39, 31001 Pamplona, Spain and Tax Identification Code (CIF) S3100015A, is the owner of the second-level Internet domain culturanavarra.es.
Law 37/2007, of 16 November on the re-use of public sector information, which transposes Directive 2003/98/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council. regulates the re-use of public information available to administrations and agencies in which they are mainly involved with. In other words, the right of all potential actors in the market to re-use the information of the public authorities. According to this regulation, the Administration permits the reproduction, distribution and public communication of the work and also the transformation of the work in order to achieve derivative work, providing that this does not conflict with the licence or notice that a work may have and which is the one to have precedence.
